Lovely location near the Palace and charming restaurants.

knowledgeable stuff and ideal location to the versailles castle, everything was excellant. i got complimentary queen room with a good bed as an upgrade, nice gesture. location: the hotel was adjacent to the rive gauche train station, the palace and an excellent french restaurant. i found there a good choice of restaurants to eat, like pizza via veneto that is only 10 minutes' walk away.

Booked it for 1 day and had a really great experience. The staff was accommodating and superfriendly and great to deal with. I ate at a very nice restaurant for all tastes- staff friendly and helpful👌

A hidden gem near Versailles

Hotel D'Angleterre is perfectly situated just a short walk from the Palace of Versailles. The staff's warmth reminded me of traveling with family. Breakfast was kinda surprising with its variety, certainly a great way to start the day!

The shower space was quite cramped, and I found the shower curtain didn't quite do its job, leading to an awkward experience. A little more attention towards improving amenities could elevate this lovely hotel further.

The location is unbeatable, just 500 meters from the Palace of Versailles. Offering helpful advice. The room was compact yet comfortable, with a nice view of the garden. Breakfast had a good selection.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the Palace of Versailles. Especially when we enjoyed a quiet afternoon in the lovely garden area. My sister joined us on this trip.

In my wife's opinion, a cooling system would really help.

I enjoyed relaxing in the sun terrace and the inviting garden area. The only drawback was the bathroom space being a bit tight, but it definitely didn't put a damper on my visit 😊

Staying at d'angleterre was a good experience! The hotel is just a short walk from the palace. The staff really impressed us by going the extra mile to get us coffee and finding out where to buy hot chocolate powder. Breakfast was fresh and had a variety of options.

Great hotel with great amenities like wi-fi, luggage storage, and a bar/lounge area. During my first stay, the staff helped me with returning my forgotten jewelry. I'll always choose this hotel for my holidays!

The Family Room was spacious, a nice surprise. The beds were clean and comfy, perfect after all that walking around Versailles. I loved the little garden out back. It was a great spot for breakfast. My only complaint was the desk in the room-it had this weird sticky film on it. Otherwise, a solid stay!

This small venue is wonderful, clean, and provides excellent value, with a superb breakfast of pastries and juice served by knowledgeable staff.

The room I booked here had an extremely comfortable bed, an iron, multi-channel television, and a study table.

The staff were always knowledgeable, and the location was amazing, just a short walk from beautifully landscaped formal gardens.
